fa پیش بینی افسردگی و اضطراب افراد مبتلا به بیماری های التهابی روده براساس شخصیت تیپ دی، ادراک بیماری، حمایت اجتماعی و کیفیت سازمان شخصیت تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research بیماری التهابی روده جهت توصیف طیف وسیعی از اختلالات استفاده می شود که شامل کرون و کولیت اولسراتیو می باشد و نواحی مختلفی از روده ها را درگیر می کند . مطالعات جدید نشان می دهند که احتمالا این بیماری با برخی اختلالات روانشناختی همچون افسردگی و اضطراب هم ابتلایی بالایی دارد .از این رو هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت افسردگی و اضطراب بر اساس تیپ شخصیتی دی در افراد مبتلا به بیماری های التهابی روده بود. همچنین در این زمینه، ادراک بیماری، حمایت اجتماعی و کیفیت سازمان شخصیت نیز بررسی شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه ی آماری این مطالعه کلیه ی بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌ التهابی روده بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان بود که در4 ماه دوم سال 1400 مراجعه کرده بودند. نمونه آماری شامل 200 نفر از اعضای جامعه ی آماری مذکور بود، این تعداد به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده اند. ابزارهای به کارگرفته شده شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی بک، پرسشنامه اضطراب بک، مقیاس تیپ شخصیت دی دنولت، پرسشنامه ادراک بیماری بردبنت و همکاران، مقیاس چند بعدی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و پرسشنامه سازمان شخصیت کرنبرگ بودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss ورژن 26 استفاده شد. که شامل دو قسمت آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی بود. نتایج کلی حاکی از آن بود که فرضیه پژوهش مبنی بر تأثیر تیپ شخصیت دی ، ادراک بیماری، حمایت اجتماعی وکیفیت سازمان شخصیت با افسردگی و همچنین اضطراب رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش طراحی مدل مداخله ای ، جهت بهبود افسردگی و اضطراب افراد مبتلا به بیماری های التهابی روده ضروری مینماید.&nbsp; The inflammatory bowel disease is used to describe a range of disorders including Crohn and Ulcerative Colitis , which involve various regions of the intestines. Recent studies show that this disease is likely to have a high degree of depression with some Um, neuro disorders such as depression and anxiety. thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the state of depression and anxiety based on the personality type D in people with inflammatory bowel disease. also in this context, the perception of the disease, social support and quality of personality organization were also investigated.the research method was a descriptive from of solidarity .The society of statistics of this study was all the patients with intestinal inflammation in Shahid beheshti hospital in kashan, who were referred in the 4th month of 1400 .The statistical sample included 200 members of the mentioned statistical community , selected through an available sampling method. Tools used include Beck Depression Questionnaire - Primary Care Special, Beck Anxiety Questionnaire - Primary Care Special, Danolt Character Brigade Scale (1998), Bradbent and Associates Perception Questionnaire (2006), Multidimensional Scale of Social Support The perception and questionnaire were the Kernberg Character Organization (2002). Spss version 26 software was used to analyze data.
