The aim of this study was to identify the impact of component-based package meta-cognitive therapy and treatment transdiagnostic Acceptance and commitment therapy and determine the effectiveness of the meta-worry in patients with breast cancer. Society consists of female patients 20-40 years with a diagnosis of breast cancer that Cancer Research Center martyr Beheshti University of Medical Sciences Shohada hospital under the supervision referred.. After screening 80 patients assigned to Three experimental groups and one control group. All groups received drug treatment and underwent tests to the pre-test. The first experimental group after 10 Acceptance and commitment therapy session, the second experimental group after 10 metacognitive therapy sessions and the third experimental group after 10 sessions trans diagnostic approach based on combining two received treatment and control group with no other resaved and after the 10 weeks post-test were used. The four groups were followed up after 3 months. In this study, data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. To evaluate the effects of treatment package one variate analysis of covariance and to evaluate the effects of repeated measure analysis of variance was used to keep track of. The results suggest that the initial treatment trans diagnostic package based on components Acceptance and commitment therapy and meta cognitive therapy has been able effective on the meta-worry in patients with breast cancer and affects the hypothesis It was confirmed at the 0.05 level.
